Dec 2019:

Dominican Republic - Latin America

Our Impact

“The magic of hope is the foundation that uplifts us from the present moment into the realm of infinite possibilities.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our mission trip to the Dominican Republic was one of a kind. During our stay, we served underprivileged families and children between the ages of 3-17 located in the Hato Mayo Los Block province ♥️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We are thankful for all of our donors and partners who continue to support our cause, as we were able to donate much needed school supplies, freshly cooked meals, baseball gear (new bats, baseballs, and gloves) and most importantly: the message of hope from our team that any thing is possible if they give thanks, work hard, and dream big! 🇩🇴

Jun 2019:

Liberia - Africa

Our Impact

Countries have borders, love doesn’t 🤞🏽
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The PUSO mission’s growth has expanded into our second country in Africa thanks to the hard work of our Creative Director, Tilman Dunbar. Tilman paid a trip back home to the beautiful country of Liberia (located in West Africa). Liberia is where his roots lie, as it is the birthplace of his parents.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tilman paid a visit to a local elementary school where he delivered much needed school supplies, food, and PUSO 🇱🇷 T-shirts. He was able to off the children something very few of them have ever received, HOPE.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
THIS is what life is all about! Hope changes the world. It can change lives. Forever. 🇱🇷🌍♥️

Jun 2019:

El Salvador - South America

Our Impact

There is passion in service!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our team had such an amazing time during our 9 day mission trip in El Salvador. We immersed ourselves in their culture and were welcomed with tremendous love & joy! We demonstrated our PUSO pride by building houses, changing sewage pipes, & spending time with the beautiful families & children living in the village of Las Delicias.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thank you to everyone that helped contribute to our mission and making this trip special!

 May 2019:

Ethiopia - Africa

Our Impact

Kindness is giving hope to those who think they are all alone in this world. When you hand good people possibility, they do great things ♥️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Earlier today, the PUSO mission expanded into the continent of Africa for the very first time thanks to the initiatives of one of our very own PUSO ambassadors Mr. Merid Merid as he touched grounds in the East African country of Ethiopia.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
On this service trip in Ethiopia, PUSO proudly partnered with KVO International to deliver much needed school supplies (comprising of a 6-pack of notebooks, one notebook for each class, and a pencil pouch with 2 packs of pencils and pens) in addition to food and custom Ethiopian themed PUSO t-shirts. Most importantly, we instilled love and a sense of hope in 150 bright and loving children living in an orphanage based in Bishoftu, Ethiopia (a town located about 30-40 minutes southeast of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The precious looks on their faces says it all. They had no idea why our team was there or who was behind the donations. However, they were shown compassion and were infused with the feelings of love and care.

June 2018:

Philippines - Asia

Our Impact

We successfully served over 2000 lives during our 2nd annual mission trip last month! We were able to do this with the support of our PUSO family from here in the states and those across the globe!
-
The PUSO team was led by Robert Banez and Jun Granada on a mission that gave aid to 8 Villages/Barangays throughout different regions of the Philippines during the two weeks.
-
Children were provided with "PUSO Journey Packs" which included a drawstring bag supplied with pens, a journal, and a toothbrush inside. Over 1000 adults received "PUSO medical packs" which contained vitamins and medicine for multiple conditions such as infections, UTI, fever, common cold, and diarrhea.
-
In addition, with the help of Jordan Bartlett & Gladden Mejica Jr. the team hosted a free basketball camp for the kids living in Barangay Rivera, Manila. The PUSO Family donated 50 basketballs for each camper to take home!
-
Lastly with the generous donations from OJ Porteria the PUSO family was able to deliver out 100 soccer balls for kids living in these underserved areas to use to play!
-
Once again thank you for the continuous support this past year! None of this would be possible without your help, participation, prayers, and love.

June 2017:

Philippines - Asia

Our Impact

The 2017 PUSO Mission Trip was the trip that led to the movement of PUSO. During this mission trip we were successfully able to impact hundreds of lives. Our charity work involved giving back to brothers and sisters living in the cities of Zambales, Ususan, San Juan, and Metro Manila. These areas allowed us to accomplish our goal of targeting folks that were living in indigenous, impoverished, crime, and drug infested areas.

8,653 miles. 18 days. 4 major giveaways... Welcome to The Road Less Traveled 2k17 mission trip brought to you by The Purposeful Unconditional Service to Others Foundation

Changing the World, One Heart at a Time

About Us

The P.U.S.O. Foundation is an international 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, established in March 2017 and registered in January 2018 in the state of Virginia.

Puso is a Tagalog (Filipino) word that directly translates to “heart” in English. However, it has a more powerful and personal meaning for this organization – P.U.S.O. is an acronym for the Purposeful Unconditional Service to Others.

Since its inception, the P.U.S.O. Foundation has delivered on its mission to provide hope with a purpose by serving over 450,000 lives around the globe, thanks to the support and involvement of local and global volunteers, students and alumni of the College Outreach Program, and various corporate sponsors.

"Our love for others is our grateful response to the love God first demonstrated to us." - 1 John 4:19
